Service and Staff

Marino and Willy are two staff members I would like to complain about, mainly Marino, who actually said to me when I called the guest services for the internet being down that, "pls walk up to the guest services and speak to them. There is nothing I can do"! Very rude and from where we come from, in Dubai, customer isn't treated this way especially with the charges being as high as this.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin design was good but there was constant creaking in the cabin while the ship was sailing. And most importantly, there was very loud hammering on from 8-8.30 in the morning at both Juneau and Skagway ports. We were compensated with a bottle of wine but what could a wine bottle do when my son was woken up both the mornings early after late nights.
