Review summary

I was celebrating my birthday and of course, the wait staff knew and surprised me with Happy Birthday and a cake at dinner. To top it off, when we went back to our cabin there were balloons and decorations and rose petals and Happy Birthday signs. Could not have asked for more!

So busy on wonderful excursions, there is no rom for much else. The fitness room was spotless and I used it nearly every morning.

The recent renovation of the Star Legend was as beautiful as ever with soft colors and the crew keeps every area spotless and well maintained. Windstar's smallness allows for easy getting around no matter where you are.

Cabin / Stateroom

We upgraded for a small fee when we arrived on the ship for a balcony room number 536 and really enjoyed opening the doors and watching the sunset from our room. All of the rooms are suites and it is so comfortable having such a spacious room. You can always be guaranteed that your room will be spotless and tidy whenever you come back to your room.

Ship tip

The Star Legend is a beautiful ship. This itinerary is a must for everyone to consider. The excursions and the guides were smart and interesting and made the experience that much more perfect.
