We felt very special and well cared for on this cruise. The hospitality team was friendly, accommodating, easy to find and interact with and attentive. The islands were beautiful. Given the size of the ship, there were nights that were very rocky and we found it difficult to sleep… bring ear plugs - Dramamine is free at medical. This is not something that can always be controlled. It is a smaller ship, but older so could be design and engineering that may be better on newer smaller ships. Overall, we would 100% recommend this cruise. Nice diverse group of people and never felt crowded.
Embarkation

Seamless, left our resort just before the purchased transfers through Windstar directly so got on right away but those groups didn’t seam that far behind us. Check in was easy and very speedy.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Amorpha MDR was welcoming, always seated quickly. No windows so could seem a bit dank but food was very good. Candles (scored 2 nights for reservations) as food was even better. Good selections in all F&B areas. Wide selection of cocktails, wines varied, use the sommelier whenever possible for recommendations.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Did not use much as we were mostly off the ship and no at sea days. The pool is only a plunge and 2 whirlpools on board. They were never busy which is likely why it’s not much of a priority. On a bigger ship or at sea days it may have been missed more.
Entertainment

Pleasant, adequate
Service and Staff

Very pleased with service from associates. They all genuinely presented with warm hospitality and were attentive.
Ship Quality

Nice size, well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Booked a lower level suite and it felt a little tired but very spacious. The layout of the suite seemed backwards with the bed, bathroom, large closet and vanity/desk immediately walking in and then a lot of unused space in the “living area”. Found some missed details in cleaning but nothing wild.
Ship tip
Be prepared to tender in on a dingy or banana boats at times to smaller motus! Was not prepared but it ended up being so fun and the Motu experiences were a real wow factor
Typical embarkation port, lots of shops, restaurants- very easy to taxi at the designated stand. There is a terrific market about 5min walk from port, found everything I wanted to bring home there. Merchants are so pleasant and happy to make recommendations and package things together for a lower price.
Booked an excursion with Blue Lagoon Raiatea on an outrigger canoe. It was The. Best. Day.

We spent allll day out on the water. Jimmy was ace, giving so much information. We always felt so safe and we visited so many different spots for snorkeling, information history.
Went to St. Regis resort. This was an overnight port. Later the following day we were brought to another private Motu for a relaxing day. There were facilities and drinks available but no lounge chairs. Wasn’t a big deal - they had kayaks and paddle boards to use which was a nice surprise.
