Review summary

We couldn't have been more pampered! The crew exceded our expectations at every step. They made it easy to reach all of the ports and to come and go into the ports at the times we wished. The food was wonderful (and seven pounds too plentiful :). We will definitely use Royal Caribbean the next time we book.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was plentiful and the staff bent over backwards to get us everything we wished. My only complaint would be that they ran out of diet coke at the breakfast cafe (we had paid for the package).

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Some of the shows were a little hoaky, but they endeavoured to offer lots of different options during the day.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our wait staff in the restaurant was absolutely the tops!!! We loved our head waiter and assistant waiter.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This was an older ship, but all in all it was well cared for.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
As I said, this was an older ship and the decor was kind of 70s. But it was clean and our stateroom attendant was very caring.

Ports of call

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

Not as thrilling as I'd expected.
Don't Miss: The Acropolis Museum--it's new and it's fabulous

Mykonos, Greece

You simply have to see it for yourself. Words and pictures can't describe its beauty.

Split, Croatia

We weren't expecting much, but we loved this port.
Don't Miss: The

Corfu, Greece

Don't Miss: The shop where the old man is making and selling things made out of olive wood.

Souda (Chania), Crete

5 out of 5
Be sure to walk all the way into town and down to Little Venice at the harbor. It's just beautiful. And also have lunch at one of the small restaurants near the fort.
Don't Miss: Lunch at the restaurant near the fort. Be sure to get one of the special plates that include different kinds of food and that horrible drink!

Katakolon (Olympia), Greece

5 out of 5
We were told that this port would be a non-event, but we actually fell in love with it. The shopping was fun and the restaurants lining the harbor were great.
Don't Miss: eating mussels near the water.

Santorini, Greece

5 out of 5
My favorite of all the stops. From riding the tenders to riding the cable car to walking through the beautiful streets and shopping, to having a great lunch. Too too beautiful to describe adequately.
Don't Miss: The fabulous jewelry.

Pros: The care taken by the crew to make this a wonderful cruise

Cons: Price of drinks
