Review summary

The ABSOLUTE WORST RC CRUISE IVE EVER BEEN ON!!! I've never been so disappointed & disgusted in my life. I'm so upset that I paid so much $ for the cruise, flight & hotels, especially having sailed RC so much being a Diamond member. There was actually 3 staff that actually cared. A majority of them could not understand English which is beyond me why they didn't. I've never been pushed shoved almost spit on, walked in spit, water thrown on me & walked into so much in my life. Even tho I'm extremely upset & disgusted I will probably continue to sail with RC. Why? Probably because I've always had a pretty good experience. But it sure would be nice to get some compensation from RC, even tho I know it'll never happen, so thanks RC for a terrible trop of a lifetime!!

Mostly chinese, rude didn't care or understand. Have never been followed in a ship shop in my life. Did not like!!

Took over 2hrs to get off ship. Shuttle only ran til 745pm had to take taxi back to ship. Shops, restaurant closed early when in port til 215am. Then next port at 7am same day

Not much to do there unless you did excursion which there was many and expensive. Couldn't read Trans because in Japanese

Too far from original port we were suppose to go to.. Tokyo. Had to take train or taxi. Did an expensive excursion last minute which was okay. Spent too much time at some stops so very little time at a main stop. Then left port over 2hrs late because of tour busses being late & then an absolute ton of cruisers brought back by taxis being late. This is unacceptable by any standards. 2hours late, we should not have waited more than 20mins. ROTAL CARRIBEAN LET THE BALL DOWN.

Wow, you had a totally different experience that I had onboard whilst it sail out from Singapore. I hope you are still cruising, Diamond is the start of getting the perks.

I was in the Spectrum last year and had a great time. It's an odd ship, but still nice.

Was just on cruise to Alaska that was mostly Asian . I don't know where they were from . I had no problem at all. Maybe check your attitude.
