There were a few disapointments, but the Sky is a beautiful ship and we had a good time.

Food and Dining

Main dining room was good, typical of most ships we have been on. Buffet was not as good as HAL or Celebrity. Choices were limited, and it was almost the same every day. Alfredo’s was terrific. Room service for breakfast was disappointing- no muffins, bacon, sausage, or eggs (except a tasteless egg mcmuffin).
Onboard Activities

Main pools were fine. Aft pool looked nice, but right next to the smoking area. Adults only pool was a huge disappointment. It was a small area surrounded by walls, not a nice area at all. But worst of all, it was only three feet deep. It was like a kiddie pool in a basement.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
One of the two stage productions was cancelled due to two of the stars leaving for a family emergency. The other stage production was terrific. Of the rest of the shows, the two guys billed as comedy/music were entertaining, but the rest were not good. Very boring. The Take Five was another disappointment. I love jazz and was really looking forward to it. But the same tro of a drummer, bass and guitar seemed to be the only ones performing when we were able to go, and they were not that great. The music in the Piazza was terrific, with Static and the ship orchestra.
Service and Staff

Bar staff and dining room staff were fine. Our room steward did not follow through on requests. Our sheet had a blood stain on it, and the mattress pad was dirty.
Ship Quality

The ship was beautiful. Other than the pool situation the layout was good. It was well maintained, but then again it is a new ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I have ever had on a cruise ship, but was fine. We liked the layout and appearance of the cabin. The issue was the bedding being stained.
We scheduled a snorkeling excursion through an outside company but had to cancel due to my husband rupturing his ear drum on the flight out. We ended up tendering in and just walking around.
