Review summary

The single biggest factor for us was uncooperative weather and rough seas. It forced us indoors instead of being able to lounge on the deck. It resulted in overcrowding of the Terrace Café because no one wanted to eat outdoors. Some indoor activities were filled up before the scheduled times because being outdoors was not much of an option.

Our travel agent Hayley Williams did a sensational job in getting everything arranged for us. We took the pre cruise tour of Machu Picchu which was fantastic. Hayley handled all of our changes - and there were several with ease and speed. Her experience helped us with many of the details and we could not have been more pleased with all of her help. She was in frequent communication with us by phone and email. Oceania did an excellent job in getting the pre cruise group from Lima to Machu Picchu and back. The arrangements; guides, transportation, hotel were all first class.

Oceania became aware that many passengers were departing from the Buenos Aires airport after 8 PM. They arranged an all day tour that was excellent in providing more sights for us and then took us all to the airport. Our luggage was waiting for us, so we did not have to keep it with us the whole day.
