If you want to have bottle water like Evian delivery to your room, then you need to request with your agent before the embark time.

Don’t expect any help with excursions. When you get off gangplank, you are on your own. No one there to tell you which direction to go. Terrible, on other cruise boats ,there are people there to guide you. Also, on other cruise lines, there is shuttle bus to help get you around. After asking Silversea’s for help to get up long steep ramps; they said no.

Book your restaurants and excursions as soon as they open up. Even then, I think they had computer issues as things were sold out before they should have been unless they open them up to frequent Silverseas guests first.
