More than a 3 day cruise!!! by jbandejwood

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Seven Seas Mariner / Destination: Panama Canal, Central America

Cabin and balcony were ideal for this length of cruise, until I tested positive for COVID, but had no symptoms and my wife was negative. We had to be quarantine for the last 4 days on the cruise and then 2 days in a hotel. The cabin became very small and confining after that. As we spent 3 days in San Francisco, the weather was not pleasant and made the days more dreary and monotonous.

Cutting Corners by nancygossett

A little worn out, but the functionality was great. In room entertainment and TV were not good. Lost satellite connections for movies several times ( should not happen as there should have been a server on board to play the on-demand movies). Where do I get to review the internet service? It was horribly slow, and NO VIDEO or other high bandwidth service at all.

DISAPPOINTMENT ON THE MARINER by jeffreygl

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Seven Seas Mariner / Destination: South America

Regent switched me from the cabin I had selected to put me on the side facing uniformly towards the ocean rather than the land. This cabin had constant vibration. I was "upgraded" two levels but Regent stripped all privileges and perks from the upgrade except having the identical at a higher level, featuring the natural increased movement with the seas.
