I have seen a steady decline in the quality of the rooms (horrible showers) and the quality of the food. Steak was poor quality.

I believe Royal Caribbean is shifting towards a quote unquote 2 ship system. Where they cater extremely well to the diamond club yacht club VIPs and the rest of the folks on the ship that only paid full fare for their cruise are treated like despicable peasants not by the staff but by the cruise ship company

Have to agree Stud, food and cost cutting have sent things downhill, but service, activities and entertainment still Top Knotch! I absolutely love this Class of ship and have cruised on the Jewel many times. I try to get most of my showers in the gym where there's much better facilities. Except for the rain and wind the Boston Reposition was a great experience!

Are you comparing pre and post lockdown, as I think everything’s gone downhill since covid came on the scene! Cost cutting measures to get some of the money back is only increasing that feeling too. I still think cruising’s great, just not the same as before.

Glad you mostly enjoyed your cruise. Sorry you feel it’s on the decline.
