We made this reservation with the full intent of having an AFT cabin, all our excursions were safe and enjoyable. It was a great week.

Each meal in the MDR was on point, served efficiently and deliciously. I had no problems with the new menu. We never went hungry.
The deficit was the Windjammer. There was no buffalo sauce, honey mustard or other sauces for the chicken strips. It would have been so easy to enhance that segment of quick dining, but there was none!
There was no designated pizza place outside of Windjammer so you were limited to their hours. Also the pizza was lots of crust and not as good as the other ships with the pizza in the promenade.
They sell a beverage package, but there is no FREESTYLE machine on the ship. You get about 4-5 different sodas depending on the location and they were all out of balance- either too sweet or flat. I was given a refund on the first day because of this.
Onboard Activities

We don't rock climb but the other activities were just fine. This cruise was more about enjoying the excursions and relaxing on our over-sized balcony.

Considering the ages of the ship, we were pleased with the levels of maintenance and cleanliness.
Cabin / Stateroom

cabin 8172 was an aft cabin with an extended balcony. This was an amazingly quiet cabin because we were in the center back of the ship.
At night we were far from the ship lighting and that made stargazing easy. We sailed during a full moon and the light illuminating the balcony was phenomenal.
There was no soot, smoke or vibration like some had mentioned. I'd be happy with this cabine again.
Ship tip
Great size ship to enjoy small ports. I would happily sail again.
