Review summary

Was on the ship 17 nights. Third day got some sort of cough which turned into bronchitis. About 3/4 of those onboard got it. Kept buying expensive cough med onboard but it kept us going. We were continually told by crew to sanitize our hands before eating. This was way before covid in 2020. Got back to US and went straight to ER. Got some tough pills and about 3 weeks later was ok. The other 5 in my group had a bit of a tougher time getting better but we finally did.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Main dining room was ok. I brought food in from other restaurants. That seemed to cause a stir.

Onboard Activities

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Floor to ceiling windows real nice for trans Atlantic.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The shower pipes were leaking and our carpet was wet and stunk. A couple days into our 17 day crossing crew came to fix the leak and dry the carpet. Great. But being in that odor for a few days was terrible.

Ship tip

Sail from Europe to America. Not the other way around.
