Review summary
This was our very first cruise. Unfortunately the airline lost our luggage and it caught up to us 48 hours later. Royal and it’s staff was amazingly compassionate about the ordeal and did everything in their power to accommodate us even though it was not their fault. We can not say enough about our experience even though it started on the wrong foot.Embarkation

Ship tip
Although this was a slightly older ship, it was very well maintained. Also a midsized ship, however it never felt overcrowded.
