Overall, the experience was fun as we were traveling with friends. The dining room seating problem, noises below our cabin and lack of communication capabilities were the downside of the trip.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Service in the dining room (Geraldine and Seybon) were excellent, and food was very good. We had some problems with the seating and it took a couple nights to get it resolved. Since we made the booking together (8 people) so it was a little discouraging that the dinner seating was messed up.m
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Used the card room, casino, theater and cinema. Lots to do and we did take part in a number of trivia games and Quest, which was hilarious.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Enjoyed the Las Vegas Tenors, and both comedians were very entertaining. I question the kind dance sessions by the pool as the deck is wet and could result in falls.
Service and Staff

All sip personnel were very attentive and helpful.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
We were in the very forward staterooms on 7th deck, so there wa a lot of walking to dining, etc. Most of the areas were very clean, however the carpet in the Windjammer had a lot of loose fiber, or perhaps it is new and is sloughing off.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
The cabin was a very nice size, and the natural light was great. There was something on the deck right below our cabin that was very noisy at night. A lot of door opening and closing as well as squeeking or metal grating sound.
Ship tip
Definitely need to improve communication. You should be able to check voice mail messages left on your cabin phone from any phone located throughout the ship. It made it very inconvenient to try to coordinate with other people in our party.
The communication in the terminal area is very poor. People were sent to different lines depending on who they talked to, so in some cases, families or groups got separated. We stood in the non-us line, and waited a very long time to exit the terminal. We are US citizens and could have processed much quicker if there had been appropriate signs. There was only two stations open for most of the process. Additional gates were opened after 2/3 of the people had already been processed.
