Review summary
The ports were good and Royal did a good job of getting us into another port (Dover, England) when there was a strike in France. The food was average, not very good. The service was average to poor, they seemed to be short handed. The tours were priced a little high and there was no shore ambassador on the ship to ask question which we have on other cruise lines, The shows on the ship were good although the show times were very bad. Would not recommend Royal Caribbean to others.

We have done numerous rccl cruises and have found if you take the negatives and let them bounce off then we always have a great cruise.
Attitude towards the staff has a great effect on them if you go at them happy and smiling then usually they will do more to help with your problems.
Try it and see what happens. Remember the staff is always on that ship and we come and go. So I bet it's real easy to become numb to unhappy cruisers.
