Review summary

Ship had most friendly and help people in resturant areas. Room service was prompt and custodial care was great. Customer service was not the best. Would have been good to get a weather update each day. You could not hear (in you oom) announcements being made to entire ship.

If you are not a fan of a super huge or super small ships, Serenade is a great choice!
