A different experience

Sail Date: October 03, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Ship had most friendly and help people in resturant areas.
Room service was prompt and custodial care was great.

Customer service was not the best.

Would have been good to get a weather update each day. You could not hear (in you oom) announcements being made to entire ship.

Pros: Ports visited

Cons: size of ship - had a lot of sea motion

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Small ship was not the best - had a lot of sea motion almost all the time.
Food and Dining
Night dining could have had better menus
Cabin / Stateroom
Location of assigned room was not acceptable. Asked to be moved and never got a call back from C/S desk
Service and Staff
Friendliness was great - aweful lounge and pool waiters
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Good shopping
Nothing exceptional to do there - but tour was good
Oranjestad, Aruba
Like shopping in Aruba
