14 Night Panama Canal Westbound (San Juan To San Francisco)
Sail Date: April 18, 2009
Ship: Serenade of the Seas
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 7 years ago
Ship was well maintained(except for an odd smell around the Atrium Bar)
The food service in dining room and specialty restaurants was excellent.
Music and entertainment also very good...we especially like the group "Mirage".
Our biggest complaint was the disoganization of the safety drill and getting off and on the ship..took way tooooo long!

Cons: Very disorganized when dealing with large group activities..safety drill, getting off and on ship.
