A Great Cruise

Sail Date: January 06, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Cruise Ship was fanatastic. Small enough to be personal, large enough to have all the amenities you'd want. Crew was attentive, remembered our names and our "favorites" in the dining room. Only one negative comment about ship - the Chops Grille Restaurant was not worth the additional money to dine there. Steak was good but sides were sorely lacking - the regular dining room food was better!

Pros: The Ship - Serenade of The Seas

Cons: St. John's/Antigua

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
A Must see - Magen's Bay
Bridgetown, Barbados
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Castries, St. Lucia
Go see volcano and plantation on the catamaran Tango Too
Don't Miss: Volcano and the Pitons
St. John's, Antigua
Looking out our balcony coming into port we could see garbage floating in the water - things weren't any better in town. We were preyed upon by at least 20 taxi drivers all wanting to take us on a tour of the island. We chose one - van was tired and a/c wasn't working good - even tried to cheat us on itinerary that was promised - won't get off ship again in this port!
