Review summary
Nothing horribly wrong but not the attention to detail that we last experienced. One issue that was reported at the end of a tour in Valletta where everyone one on the small group tour went to guest services to complain. The feedback was 4 candies being delivered to our room with a note saying “I hope this experience does not interfere with the otherwise favorable impression of your cruise”. That comment struck me as quite assuming, because you have no clue whether I was having a favorable impression. It also did nothing to rectify or address the issue we communicated. Also the information that Seabourn provides on items like transportation options at disembarkation is dated. They appear to have used the same standard text for years without realizing that things have changed.Embarkation
