Review summary

This cruise was amazing. Our first time on Seabourn after many cruises on Celebrity. We have definitely fallen in love with the small ship, ultra luxury experience. With a max capacity of 600 cruisers, nothing ever feels crowded and there are no long lines for anything. Food quality was outstanding. It’s a quieter experience, no loud parties or rowdy passengers. We’re still in our late 40s, so one thing is it is definitely an older demographic that this line appeals to but that was fine with us. If you’re looking for a relaxed, calm cruise experience with good food, great destinations, this is the line to try.

Embarkation in St Maarten was a breeze. We arrived at our scheduled time and were on the ship within minutes

Food was amazing in every venue. Our favorite was Earth and Ocean, which is a dinner restaurant they set up on the pool patio at night. Best dining we’ve had on a cruise.

Onboard Activities

We didn’t do many of the onboard activities to be honest. But Afternoon Tea was one we enjoyed very much

We were on a V6 veranda. Room was a nice size for our 7 day cruise. Lots of nice touches including some motion sensitive lights near the bathroom so you can see where you are going at night. Great cabin!

Ship tip

Book excursions early before your cruise so you don’t miss out, they can fill up quickly. Take advantage of booking a future cruise on board for a 5% discount. We were celebrating a milestone birthday so that netted us additional discounts on our next Seabourn cruise

This is where Seabourn has their complimentary Caviar on the Beach bbq lunch. It’s basically a built-in beach day. Plentiful beach chairs at the private beach club for the entire day, no excursion purchase necessary
