Review summary

If you have a choice, take Seabourn. You will never be dissapointed.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Transfers to vessel and check-in were a breeze and handled with extreme efficiency.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
What's not to like with restaurant menus by Thomas Keller and champagne and caviar on tap 24 hours a day. The main dining room had several menus that could be blended at will. The buffet breakfasts included omelets made to order and all kinds of local island fish to complement standard breakfast fare. Fresh breads and croissants every morning.

Observation Bar

5 out of 5

Wonderful piano bar with Pierre singing and rendering music to relax by. The view of the surrounding ocean was marvelous

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The Seabourn singers and dancers, as well as a magician, were extremely entertaining and were enthusiastically received,

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Every wish and whim were met insantly by the cabin attendant and room service staff. Room was serviced 3 times a day with fresh towels, beverages, etc. Immpeccable service.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Common areas were well maintained and spottlessly clean. The ship, although booked to capacity, never felt crowded and there were no lines of people anywhere onboard.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was spotless and clean. Bathroom contained double sinks, shower separate tub and shower, as well as commode. All done in marble tile. AMple storage for all clothing with a walk-in closet and safe. Luggage was stowed away underneath the bed and made the room completely clutter-free for the entire journey.

Ship tip

You will be very hard pressed to find anything about the Odyssey that you won't rave over. If you are in the Caribbean next spring, or want to be, imagine yourself wading in the warm waters of the surf as you approach a surfboard manned by ship's staff, who are serving you champagne and caviar while you are in the water. Odyssey can take you there.

Very smooth transfer from the ship to a tour in Bridgetown. The tour took our luggage and passengers to the airport at the conclusion of the tour.
