Review summary

Overall, pretty underwhelming.  Food was disappointing and the ship is looking pretty dated.  More concerning was the lack of apparent cleaning of the public spaces.  We never saw anyone wiping down the elevator buttons or handrails despite the fact that there was a virus impacting a lot of the passengers.  It was our first cruise with Princess and will unfortunately be our last.  We'll stick to Royal Caribbean or Celebrity.

Departure was a breeze. Customs on arrival was miserable. Non US citizens had to wait in line as citizens got cleared first. Very unfair and never had that happen before.
