The guest relations staff has to be the worst ever. We had all kinds of booming noises outside our room that literally shook our door and walls. They did nothing for six days and told us it was waves. Finally someone came up and noticed the problem.

No one listened to us until day 8, but they don't want to do anything about it. Even their customer relations team isn't responding. We'll never sail with Princess again.

Sorry this ruined your cruise but nice to hear that you had 14 wonderful cruises before this happened to you. We are on Ruby in July for our first Alaska cruise so if we hear noises we will make sure to get it addressed quickly. Thank you for your review.
