Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5

International Café

2 out of 5

Food was ok. Service was hit and miss.

THE MIX

1 out of 5

Told us to to to buffet for water.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Lotus pool closed 5 days, not enough seating for sea days considering 2 cancelled ports.

Guest Services

2 out of 5

Gave incorrect information.

Lotus Pool

1 out of 5

Closed 5 days. Not enough seats. Deck not overseen well.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
The only two stage shows we liked were: Kevin Brando, fabulous entertainer. And Jason Neistadt who was pretty good but crotch grabbing.

Princess Theater

2 out of 5

Poor comedian, poor entertainment brought in from Houston. See previous comments on what was good.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Steward did minimum, room was dusty upon arrival and still dust upon departure. He walked in on us without knocking, I was undressed. Horizon buffet servers did not serve about 50% of our visits and once told us we could fill our own cups. Mix bar told us to go to Horizon for water. Decks were often littered, even 1st thing in the AM. Deck hand on Lorus area left chairs all shoved together after rain on a sea day. Order now in app stated 30 minute wait, took 2 hours twice.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Ship is old and not fresh. Care not taken. No overnight cleaning of decks was obvious. Too little shade, too few seats.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Cabin was comfortable. AC worked well except at night. Door plate for bathroom required 8 screws, only 4 present and it was loose

Ship tip

Get seats early on Sea days if you want outside seating.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras Did not visit port

Mahogany Bay not accessible due to eind.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico Did not visit port

Lots of complaining and it feels like you were angry about the port situation. Maybe cruising isn’t a good choice for you?

Lots of complaints, need to lock door for privacy. Probably scared the cabin attendant worse than you

I can never understand people who get upset that someone walks in on them but they didn't bother to lock the door. 😳
