Review summary

I was very excited when Princess came back to Texas. But the ship left so much to be desired. I don't think it was fully staffed. And I am disappointed in the design

carpet pilling. even after vacuuming daily. ac was not working good in the room, after calling repairs they took the vent cover off and said it was fixed! balcony was unusuable

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise. We had a totally different experience on the Feb. 26 sailing even with a Norovirus outbreak. Enjoyed many hours on our balcony and pools were all open.

Curious why exactly was your balcony unusable….. doesn’t seem possible well unless it was missing a floor to stand on which doesn’t seem very likely.

I loved the Ruby Princess and didn't have issues you had , so my guess is cruising isn't for you. I will admit the buffet isn't big enough for that size of ship, but you can't blame cruise line for people coughing in the buffet.
