Review summary

Very disorganized, and badly trained staff. I don't understand how a cruise line that has been operating for as many years as Princess could plan logistics so badly. None of the staff seemed to have information about anything. Boarding and de-boarding was unbelievably slow, disorganized, and rudely handled. It was really disappointing, and I will never go Princess again.

Room was great! But not impressed with rest of the ship.

Cabin # was not D421, it was D215. It was very spacious and nice, but a little run down.
