While it was relaxing it was disappointing the service in dining room was beneath a 3 star experience.

I also wondered about the low rating on something you didn't do? Also, was ALL service and food not up to your expectations? Or just in the dining room? I agree with port fees. I've heard that when unable to tender in, the fees are refunded...a missed port is a missed port. I'd check with them.

Yes the dining room service is an “event” in my opinion. We usually don’t eat there. Some enjoy the long, slow service but we do not. If you didn’t participate in Onboard Activity’s then how can you rate them? Love all the activities that are offered. Glad you were able to relax and enjoy the ports.
