This was a great cruise! I don’t understand why anyone would say that the staff is rude. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We did the ship tour and I would recommend it to anyone interested in the workings of a cruise ship!

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate in the Symphony, Concerto dining rooms, Crown Grill, and also the buffet. The food was fantastic and the presentation was wonderful. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the selections.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We didn’t use the pool or fitness area. We did do the trivia and the shows.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The entertainment was good. The only thing we were disappointed in was the guest speaker talking about the pirates of the Caribbean. She just read the PowerPoint and did not elaborate on anything.
Children's Programs
We don’t have children.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our cabin steward was great. He got us anything we needed with a smile.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The layout of the ship was good. Easy to get around. The common areas were clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We had an inside cabin. It was very clean and quiet. It was a sideways cabin so we had a little more room than a long and narrow one.
This is a nice port. It’s a tender port so the ride into the port from the ship was a nice smooth one. It can be a little crowded when multiple ships are in port. We did an excursion to Hell, the turtle farm and the rum cake “factory”. This was nice. Best part was we. Hold hold the turtles!
Actually we docked in Mahogany Bay. The port area was nice. We felt safe there. We did do an excursion to the Gumbalimba Nature preserve. This was fun. We got to have the macaws and monkeys perch on us.
We took a tender to the main land for an excursion to Chichen Itza. This was ok. The ruins were amazing a little crowded though. There were 6 other cruise ships in port with us, so lots of tours to the Mayan ruins.
