Review summary

Great experience. So memorable and special. Great entertainment. Great staff, except for front desk. Amazing ship.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
What a cool experience! Loved that they played "The Love Boat" theme on the horn. Staff was amazing!!!! Except for the customer service. Very rude. You'd think they would be the best of the best at the desk, but never did we encourage a nice front desk member. Everyone else went above and beyond to be pleasant and kind. Great events and shows.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Bland buffet food, but still good. Just added salt and pepper to every dish for flavor. The evening dinner was ALWAYS great!

Stage shows we're amazing. Comdians were great.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
EVERYONE was amazing, EXCEPT for customer service. Many talks with other crusiers and we all said the second thing, they were rude for customer service representatives. Not friendly, seemed to hate their job. Every single other person was so wonderful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everywhere was clean and sparkling. Fresh flowers everywhere made the difference in going above and beyond.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was great. No complaints. Clean. Everything worked.

It's like nothing else!

Very friendly people. They are willing to help you. Went to the beach. It was a great day there.

Ponta Delgada, Azores

Our favorite place to be actually. Everything in walking distance. Great shops. Found an amazing art museum that was just 2 euro to get in and so worth it. Went to the marintime museum too and loved it as well.

Lisbon, Portugal

Bought the hop on hop off ticket. The buses were far and few, so much time wasted waiting for the bus to show. Supposed to be one every 30 minutes a a group of us waited an hour and 45 minutes for a bus. The audio part on the bus was statically and that's if you found one that worked. Would not buy again and would just buy a local business ticket.

Bilbao, Spain

Kinda ride people there. Only good thing there is the museum.

Le Havre (Paris), France Did not visit port

They had to skip due to high winds.

Southampton (London), England

Disembarkation
