Terrible, terrible. Didn't want an England vacation. Very rude and arrogant officer staff. Do not spend your hard worked money with this Company. Arrogant, rude and not diversity oriented staff.

So much negativity! All these ports that most people give 4 or 5 stars. I've been on two cruises and have only positive experiences! I think people treat you how you treat them in life!! If you give off positive energy you get it back in return!

You need to explain why so many things made you unhappy, reviews like your is not helpful. You just come across as a upset, unrealistic expectation person about everything. Details would be useful. Perhaps going overseas is not your cup of tea?

Are you sure you were on the Royal Princess? We were on her last February and it was great! Food, staff and the ship. It was the best.

Princess staff is like most other cruise lines - from all over the world. Not easy to get a job on a cruise line without being multilingual. Rude? Never met a rude Princess staffer on my multiple Princess cruises.
