Review summary

Everything was O.K. except our view from balcony (was obstructed !!!)

We were not informed that you automatically charge tips for service.

-So we tipped very well our service people last night of cruise.  -Then in the morning just before departure  - we find your statement and realized that you

did take our money for all tips.  It was not right because I believe that all

gratitude's is costumer decision but not  company the service people works.

You - guys should pay this nice people more and leave tips for costumers.

I do not regret my tips for our service people - they deserved and I'm happy to make them HAPPY, but I regret that I let you cheat on me !!!

Best Regards,

-Irek Stypik

Your travel agent should've explained all this to you/ that's why people use travel agents.

If you do get the auto grats removed, then any cash tip that you give your steward / waiter / etc will go into the tip pool. If you leave the auto grats in place, the server / steward can keep the cash.

Thank you squibs, that is what I want to do, I wasn't sure whether I could.

when you arrive on ship you go straight to pursers desk and ask for gratuity tips taken of your bill. easy

Both your complaints happened because you did not pay attention to the information the cruise line sent you. Just so you know, if you are in a large party at a restaurant on land, they will auto charge you tips.

It explains all that in the cruise line terms and conditions. All cruise lines charge tips automatically pp per day.

Did you go to guest services and let them know that you were giving them cash tips, I read from other people that they got that part removed
