Review summary
We enjoyed the time aboard the Royal Princess. All our expectations were met. Many reviews that I read before booking this cruise for me and my wife were very accurate. The only drawback in the whole cruise was the very confusing layout of the ship! Poor planning by the designer/builder and there should be easier to understand directional signage displayed more frequently on all passenger levels. That being said everything else was above average. Princess Cruise lines might want to increase the accuracy of recording any liquor that they take from you in each port and improve on the receipt system in place now as to eliminate any shortages on the night before arriving in Port. We would sail with Princess again , although , not on this Ship. We have Cruised with Royal Caribean, Holland American, Celebrity, Norwegian, and lastly a Terrible cruise on Carnival ( NEVER sail with Carnival)
Princess Cruises are above average in our experience and look forward to another!
