Review summary
The Royal Princess is a large ship with a capacity of over 4,000 passengers and fairly new commissioned in 2013. We had a mini suite which was one of the highlights with extra room, however the balcony was small as compared to other ships we have traveled on. The cabin attendant was excellent, plenty of activities, numerous opportunities and choices of food available. The Islands we visited were all new to us and one of the main reasons for this particular cruise. I feel the design of the theater is poor, there are no aisles on the sides to exit and no way reach the middle section except to walk over people. We usually choose anytime dining and have always enjoyed it, however it did not work well on this cruise, longer lines and even reservations did not seem to work.

Ship tip
Elevator wait time can be slow at mid ship. Go to the theater early to avoid people walking over you.
