Review summary
We thoroughly enjoy Holland America and have another cruise booked with them in June. The level of service is a little higher than more bargained priced lines. The bulk of the clientel are a little older and we appreciate the service and "quieter" environment. The ships are emaculant and well maintained. All the staff seem to enjoy their jobs .Embarkation
We used VeriFly to bypass the lines. All information was uploaded in VeriFly or Holland's checkin via Navigator making embarkation touchless and efficient.

iThe Lido Marketplace was well maintained with friendly staff and lots of food options. The service staff was polite and engaging. Pinnacle Steak House was very good with nice portions. Canaletto was outstanding!!

The comedians were not that good. The band in the Rolling Stone was awesome!!

We had a very nice Vista Suite. Really enjoyed the larger balcony and full size shower!!

Disembarkation
Again, very efficient experience. We walked off with luggage as we had an early flight. The staff kept everyone moving, the terminal was clean ad they used facial recognition for customs making that much quicker than the manua passport review.
