Never made the cruise because of United Airlines.......Royal Caribbean basically said "oh well".....contact your insurance.....the insurance you guys sold us is saying they're not covering it. So, you sold us a $10,000 cruise that we could not get to......and now no one is willing to help.....take the money and run!

Cruise and the ports were fine but I prefer a larger ship. We cruised with the Liberty of the Seas and enjoyed the cruise a bit better.

Our time dining was the best... we only had to wait one time for a table for 8. Food was excellent and the service was exceptional!

The ship was just like any other in the "of the Seas" class. It's getting a little dated, and will probably be pulled for renovations soon.

First time on The Rhapsody of the Seas. Older ship. Not pleased with size of room. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and extremely hard working and always smiling. Especially enjoyed the new Casino Host (Alex). He did a great job for his first week in a new position. The food was great in the dining room. Waiters were very pleasant and curtious. WindJammer food good but repetitive. Biggest complaint TOO MANY DAYS AT SEA.

not much of a party ship, being the trip was to alaska the crowd was older.That was a good thing. If i wanted to party I'd travel south to the islands.

The ship was kept clean but the food and entertainment were not up to par with Carnival. Also my wife had some mild stomach problems and when we asked about medicine they isolated her in our room for 24 hours and she never saw a doctor. We missed the one port of call we really wanted to see. They refunded us for our missed shore excursion and offer a one day discount on a future cruise. We will not collect on that.

Only two restaurants and an out dated room that made us sneeze every time we entered it. The bathroom smelled like a sewer no matter how much it was cleaned. I also did not like how we were told how much to tip in the end and had no idea that we were expected to do so in the beginning. We were responsible for tipping for 4 adults as we had our two adult children with us in a separate room. Needless to say it cost a lot more than we had budgeted for in the beginning. Almost 10 dollars per person per day.......we had to come up with 280 dollars that we did not know about from the start. I would rather this be included from the get go so there are no surprises in the end. The ship was 18 years old and is just now being pulled out of commission to add two new restaurants. I only went with this ship as it is the only one that stayed in Victoria for almost the whole day. Would rethink it next time and pick a newer ship for sure.

Ship generally tired and worn in appearance. Food poor in quality in dining room, much better in windjammer buffet. Dining room staff poorly trained compared with other cruises. Entertainment not up to par costumes unpressed, shows so so, aimed at much older audience Sinatra etc (we are 64 and 82 and we were bored). Some staff were friendly and helpful others not so much a little disinterested.

It was a good ship. We were comfortable.

The whole experience was teriffic. Our first cruise but will not be our last. We we pampered, catered to and just plain taken care of. Everything was so easy. We had multiple shore excursions and had no problems finding where we needed to be. The time on board the ship was amazing. So much to do if you wanted to stay busy and also lots of opportunities to just do nothing. The staff was THE BEST!!!!

I was impressed with how clean the ship was. A great effort was spent trying to avoid the passing of germs. The shows were varied and very entertaining. Bar areas were clean and the service was excellent. The dining room food was great at first and had deteriorated by the last night of seating. Many of us not did finish our entree. Food was cold and dry. The midnight chocolate buffet was impressive. We met a lady who was traveling alone. She was seated by herself in the dining room. This is not O.K.

This cruise was worth every penny we spent. We look forward to doing this cruise again.

WE had a great time.The ship was very clean ,all personal were very helpful ,Food was great in all the places we ate.

great itinerary- food mediocre- extra charges for food upgrades and sodas are annoying

Rhapsody of the seas 7 day Alaska inside passage cruise was very nice. The ship though dated was extremely clean and the staff was very nice. Some of the wait staff were obtrusive and hovering.

Overall the ship was awesome as was her crew and captain. I do think that the ship needs some updating as some of the paint etc were beginning to show their ware and tear. The water pressure in the cabin could have been better but other than that, I really have nothing bad to say. I would highly recommend this ship and cruise line to anyone. .

We chose this cruise for our 25th anniversary trip and couldn't have been happier. This itinerary had one less port-of-call than many cruises, and we enjoyed the extra time on-board the ship at sea. The food and service were outstanding, and the junior suite we selected was great. The extra space in the cabin was perfect for the peaceful time spent relaxing and reading as we sailed, and the balcony was incredible for viewing the beautiful scenery and wildlife.

Appeared to be extremely clean and filled with friendly staff very willing to help at any time.

The cruise was pretty good but I wouldn't cruise again to Alaska. There was great customer service, especially with an infant child.
