Our cruise was good and enjoyable for first timers.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Boarding was quite easy, from the port to the ship.. Not too lengthy and dragged out, it was quick and precise. The staff members were nice, helpful and informative.

Food and Dining

Edelweiss restaurant was great, especially with the servers I encountered. I had the pleasure of having Rusty, Bhavesh and Goldi as my servers each time I dined there and they made it a smooth and memorable experience. At the Park Cafe, Vanecia is the highlight there, usually its busy but not much interaction, I think it could use some more interaction with the guests and not just a "hi, hello, what can I get you" etc. & I believe there should be more options for vegan cruisers other than mushrooms, my sister had a rough time deciding what to eat and wasn't able to try most things but again, Vanecia made sure she got that sandwich toasted perfectly each time! 5 stars for her. I tried the Starbucks, it wasn't bad but the service was dead yet again not much interaction. The highlight of my eating experience was Giovanni's table and I think it is a must try. We were approached by Raj one morning at breakfast in the Windjammer and he was awesome at explaining the entire menu and sold it really well (5 stars for Raj, he needs to be highlighted honestly) he made sure we were comfortable, perfect window view and just the perfect server. Windjammer was nice as well, I love the many options for breakfast just finding a seat after 8 was hard lol so you would end up making friends with strangers because you'd sit with them.
Onboard Activities

I tried the fitness center and the steam room, those were great for my body and mental.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The activites I think his name was Gregg, he was wonderful and entertaining and you guys did the best thing by hiring Orlando, he's funny, interactive and let's talk about on time? That guy is a clock. He too should be more than acknowledged. The things he planned were great, like the belly flop competition he hosted haha (nvm he gave the Bajan guy a hard time lol and I'm bajan but I believe it was all good fun and laughter and the last night in the Shall we Dance lounge, I think it's safe to say everyone had a great time and a good laugh after dinner. The silent party was great too.
Children's Programs
No kids.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
I mentioned the waiters and waitresses I liked earlier but I won't forget how helpful Yeralth Rouvier (for some reason I remembered his entire name) and Joe were at the Guest Services desk, nevermind I went there like 3 times back to back lol they were always with a smile and willing to help. I never got the name of the lady who cleaned our room, but the other gentleman Glenroy
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
I love that you could always see the team members cleaning. The public areas were always clean and it's the perfect size even if you're not a people's person
Cabin / Stateroom

The size was different and small but just right for a cruise where you're not gonna be in the room much either way. it was always clean except for the first day when we pulled the couch and there was stuff under it but no big deal.
Ship tip
I would tell them to iron what you can from home seeing that those facilities were an extra charge which I didn't quite like.
This was the best arrival, the music, the mudda sally, the stuntmen everything. Unfortunatley I got back into boat within an hour because the taxi guys outside make you feel uncomfortable and they hover you too much. I get it's their job but there's no space to breathe.
This was great, I didn't do an excursion but I traveled to Trincity mall, did a bit of shopping and met a taxi guy named Rodger, he was pleasant, informative and came back for us just on time. 4 stars for Rodger.
When I booked my excursion it didn't say we'd be going to all those different places so that was good and bad because Fort George was awesome with Primadonna, she's really nice and knows alot about her country and it's history, however the "east coast drive" I didn't enjoy because it's mostly trees and the place we really wanted to go which is the Annalade Falls I think is the name and the driver spent like 3 hours showing us trees and 3 other stops and 20 minutes at this spot so we were only able to take pictures and get back to the tour bus. Sad .
