MEXOLOGY, tequila drink mixing excursion - excellent. Small group, fun. Bartender course, making 4 tequila drinks. Make salsa, Enjoyed other snacks, then relaxing by pool watching dolphins swimming (next to dolphin experience)

Very busy shopping area. Did the Salsa/Salsa excursion. Learned to make several salsas, tequila presentation (w/tasting), then salsa dance lessons before enjoying beach break.
