Sorry you had issues. We have been on several Royal Caribbean cruises in the last few years and always found a good variety and quality of food in the dining room and buffet. It’s never going to be 5 star cuisine with having to feed several thousand people 3 meals a day for multiple days. The entertainment is similar across many of the ships in the fleet. It would not make economic sense to develop unique shows for each day on each ship. As far as Grand Cayman, it is one of the better and most popular ports in the Caribbean. Lots of great options there - snorkeling, diving, catamaran sails, stingray city, dolphin swims, the Turtle Farm, 7 Mile Beach, etc.
