Review summary

Cruise was great overall but it was such a horror getting off the ship we will have to think twice about sailing into Tampa again. Emailed RCL about it and they (typically of RCL) did not reply.

Disorganized disembarkation, wait time in line to get off the ship was over 40 minutes. Wait time to go through TSA over 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, the cruise line can't do anything about customs. If they ate slow it backs up everyone trying to get off.

Ship is nice to look at BUT, the food was only okay. The server was wonderful. The lunch in the dinning room was missing items usually found in other ships.
