As always, our experience with the main dining rooms and buffets were amazing! Kudos to the food and drink crews especially to our waiter Ralston, asst waiter Eric for their excellent service. Also thanks to Chef Michael, Head Waiters Christopher and Maria, and waiters Ron and Mariah (at Windjammer Buffet). You guys were awesome, very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended for other cruisers!

All the staff who provided services to us did an excellent job and went above and beyond our expectations. We had 4 couple friends with us who were cruise-first-timers (took us awhile to encourage them to go the cruise with us), and voila!...they were all impressed with the staff. Thanks to our room steward Arnel; to our waiter Ralston and asst waiter Eric at the main dining (Deck 5); to Chef Michael and head waiter Christopher at main dining; to head waiter Maria and waiters Ron and Mariah at Windjammer Buffet.

This ship is looking old and should be renovated! Other than that, all areas are clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room and bathroom are small compared to other RC ships, but of course the others are bigger ships. Other than that, our room/bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable. Thanks to our room attendant Arnel for always making up our bed, cleaning our bathroom and providing clean towels. He is also very trustwothy.
Venice port is great and organized. We stayed in Venice for a 2-day post-cruise tour. We like the port's location as it is close to the airport and our hotel.
