Food was bland, lacking in creativity and variety , major quality deficits in main dining “special” items , sloppiness in cleanliness aspects of buffet, There was no place to get a snack or even light meal except cafe in adult area that had the same thing everyday: Hamburgers hotdogs a couple of premade paninis. Etc. very different from other cruise lines I have been on

The one outside pool was too small for the ship- always full of lots of kids and drunk adults. Limited activities available were always full

Some of the musicians performing in the centrum area were very good. A few not so much. The groups on the deck were ok but area too crowded to be able to sit and enjoy

Service was perfunctory. Our main dining duo was good but overwhelmed most of the time. Staff smiled but there was no sense of friendliness. Wondered how many of them disliked their jobs. Had one very nice cocktail waitress in the Viking lounge but otherwise it was nothing special. Room attendant did her job but I never actually met her

Ships is old and shows it. Too small in some area and expansive in areas no one uses. Relatively clean but smelled like smoke in most of the enclosed areas. Awkward placement of some activities and access points
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was fine. A bit crowded in placement of the beds/bathroom. Don’t see how big people can maneuver the area. Lots of storage.
