Review summary

The junior suites at the rear of the ship vibrate constantly when the ship is at or near 20 knots. The first four days we found it very difficult to sleep. Once the ship slowed down, the vibrating stopped.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Beacuase we had a junior suite it was very quick and easy to check in and head directly to the ship. It took us about twenty minutes which included waiting in line, checking in, going through security and boarding the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We did not drink any alcohol or dine in any of the specialty restaurants, dinner in the main dining room was very good the four nights we chose to dine there. We used the Windjammer for breakfast and lunch everyday, the menu repeats for breakfast every morning, so very little variety. Lunch was hit and miss, some days very good, others just okay. Dinner was also okay the nhights we chose to dine there.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We did use the fitness center but that's about it. We did not use the polls, hot tubs or rock-climbing walls.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The commons area were always clean and very well maintained.

Wondered how things are at the bow and the stern. We've been able to get cabins mid ships on each cruise, always less noticeable motion there. When we sail on Rhapsody in December we'll have a cabin close to the bow. I imagine we'll notice the ocean a bit more this time.

Our room was at the back of the ship. There was a vibration on our first night as the ship was going at full speed. I didn't find it excessive though.
