Review summary

Overall the ship was as good as a 4 star hotel. They had some organizational problems in the beginning. They had problems with off loading previous passengers that caused new passengers to have to endure approximately 4 hrs. of standng in lines before boarding. It appeared no one was in charge. And they had no organization skills to deal with such a situation. This put the ship 2 hrs. behind schedule. And it made you feel like you were living on a vibrator for the first 12hrs as they tried to make up time at full throttle. Then things smoothed out and the rest of the trip was enjoyable.
