Review summary

The crew was very friendly. Had good food, excellent entertainmnet. Cruise director was great. Captain was very approchable and was willing to be approached. Room was great, housekeeping was great. That is the positive, negative, some of the excursions needs to worked on. Toilets in room seem to always smell.

Very friendly and easy to work with. The spa staff needs to be a little more sensitive and not try to force sales down the customers throat.

The negative part was the pools were not arranged very useful. Other than that the ship layout was great

Took the Mayan ruins tour. Needs to insure that there is more mentioing of walking in the excursion information. There waas no mention of a very brisk 15 minute walk from the ferry boat to the tour bus. Tour guides were great.

To crowded, there were 5 cruise ships at the same time. To commercialized. People were not friendly. The wrek and reef snorkel part was too crowded to enjoy. Needs to improve. The staff of the boat were great.

Our Irie Music tour was very good. Really enjoyed the warm feeling for the Jamaican people on this tour.

Pros: The entertainment and the friendly crew where the best

Cons: My wife went for a massage treatment part of it was good but was being forced into buying things that she did not want. She did not buy them
