Review summary

I am still awaiting a response from on why my $500 cabin credit was not applied to my account while on the ship. I was traveling with 7 others, everyone but me received their credit and were able to enjoy more shopping on the ship. I was told that I would have to wait while they confirm the offer applied to me (we all booked on the same call. I even provided the confirmation numbers for the others). Also, we had a very horrible experience on the Blarney Castle excursion booked with Princess and I was told 4 times that someone would be in contact with me from excursions. NO ONE has called. The 4th time I inquired I was told someone had already contact me. Which is incredible considering they could not tell me who had resolved the issue - BECAUSE NO ONE EVER SPOKE WITH ME!

Even Roxanna at guest services said the excursions were over priced and instead of paying $155 to princess we "should have taken the train for $4.00"

Princess crew member took us out of line to take us to a shorter line - we ended up behind the folks we were with originally after walking half way across the ship.

$500 OBC wow! How/where did you get that offer? Yes ship excursions are always marked up. That’s so they can make more money. Sorry your excursion didn’t go well. You need to talk to the excursion desk on the ship if you have an excursion issue. After you get home, there is not much anyone can or will do about it.

Were you the only one in your cabin? Could the credit been applied to someone else? To whomever offered the credit is the one you need to speak to.

Sorry your cruise had hiccups. This site is not the right source to respond to your cruise credit issue. Contact should be to your travel agent or cruise line directly. Hoping for a positive outcome for you.
