The food was bad. It's seems like whatever left from yesterday, they created dishes for the next day. Salty,or dry,or no flavor. And I'm not picky. No one cleaned the bread crumbs. Nobody asked if you wanted to drink coffee or tea after meal...The manager in Symphony dining wasn't the pleasant man.

When we order our dinner, we let our Waite staff know that we would like coffee with our dessert. It's that easy... If there is something we need done, such as crumbs removed, we mention it and it's done. I'd rather politely ask than gripe about something never being done. The staff is busy-busy but don't mind getting polite reminders. Especially when folks tip...

I believe it's all perspective. Two people at the same table can order the exact same meal, and one raves about it, the other says it's uneatable. I've had some meals that were only warm, but still tasted great. If anything sounds questionable on the menu, I dont order it, since I want to enjoy my meal and not deal with not eating something that I chose. Also, if you don't like all those bread crumbs on table, then order soft rolls, and they will bring you those instead, also, don't make such a mess to begin with. One thing about Princess bread rolls is they are dry outside, so learn to how to half them without the crumbs, cause I did, its not rocket science.

When we were on the Regal back in March the food was substandard. Then in July, on the Emerald, same menu, the food was excellent. Not sure what’s wrong with the cooks on the Regal, but it really was poor, we actually sent food back, and we are not food snobs at all.

For having an owners suite we thought there would be more personalized service. There was not. You are part of the herd. Even the concierge was not much help other than getting us another night at the Crown restaurant and early disembarkation (sort of).
