New England Cruise - October 2016

When we boarded the ship, neither of our cruise cards/room entry cards worked.

It took 4 trips to the customer service desk to finally get the problem solved.  Therefore we missed the departure from New York standing in line.  Two tours we booked (Bar Harbor and St John) were cancelled.  Did not even get to stop in St John because there was too much wind for the enormous ship to get in to the harbor.  A Carnival ship - quite a bit smaller than our 18 story mega ship was able to stop in St John - no problem.  This ship should not advertise ports of call that they can't be sure can be provided.  This was NOT a stormy day and the wind was certainly not a gale force.
