Review summary
All of the itineries I received from cruise 411 and princess said that we were leaving from New York, New York. I am from New Jersey. I hired a car to take my husband and I to the pier. When we arrived to my utter surprise no ship. Finally after asking several people and calling princess I find out that the ship was leaving from BROOKLYN, New York. I had to pay additional fee for driver to take us to the correct terminal. How can a mistake like this happen. Thank God we left my house in enough time. This caused great stress and started my vacation off on the wrong foot. I am extremely disappointed.

I was on the same cruise. When you log into to princess and when conforming all your information it indicates Brooklyn Piers. You also get an email reminder as well just a few days before the ship sails, and it has a map and address of the Red Hook Pier in Brooklyn. You cannot assume the Pier you need to read the info on your booking itrenirary
