The bigger the boat the poorer the quality of service

Helsinki and Tallinn where fantastic. No time in Copenhagen at all and only 5 hours in Stockholm. Not actually in Berlin, was necessary to take a train to and from (3hours each way)  then only had 5hrs for site seeing.

Most of the staff had a cavalier  attitude when I  needed assistance for any injury, including the medical center. However, my room steward was caring and went above and beyond to help me obtain a icebag to apply to the injuried area.

If i hadn't  already booked another cruise I Wouldn't ever take a Princess cruise again!

Booked several excursions through Hawaiian shore excursions and was happy with them, however, the one booked through Princess was poorly was changed the day before and the guide more interested in telling about the history of a site and didn't allow time to get into areas we had paid to see and do  some shopping.  Very disappointed !

Cabin / Stateroom
Was up graded to a larger interior room, very comfortable and wasn't aware it didn't have windows.
