It was relaxing and I enjoyed this quick and easy getaway.

We had an amazing time, we are a four generations family, great grandma, grandma, daughter and granddaughter, and it was a great experience, the crew was amazing, they are so talent and professional.

We loved the radiance of the seas. The ship is the perfect size with all of the amenities that that we like. Dining was wonderful each evening with great service and good food most of the time. Nothing is ever perfect but the radiance was a wonderful ship which we would sail on again.

Just was on a getaway, with some friends and wife.

All in all this was an adequate vacation. The staff seemed to be pretty nice to us. Sometimes the food wasn't up to our expectations.

The cruise was fine with a few disappointments. It's all a learning experience. The highlight from me, for this cruise, was the crossing of the Panama Canal, and meeting some very nice people.

The cruise was nice. We had to miss one of our pets of call due to a hurricane. They did their best coming up with activities to keep us busy on board. We had a very nice cruise, and would do it again.

Becca Reaves travel agent is the best. Kind and caring and Ben's over backwards to do everything that you want and to make it be a perfect trip.

This was our first trip on a Radiance Class ship and we enjoyed it very much! Some of the bars and public areas are beautifully designed and decorated while others are a little dated. The ship has all of your favorites specialty restaurants, most of your favorite activities, and the staff and crew were fantastic as always. We grew to really like the Centrum design and enjoyed many bands and performers from this central point on the ship. Diamond members might be a little disappointed in the Diamond lounge as it was often at full capacity and the coffee machine was out of order most of the trip.

Fall is such a beautiful time to travel, but we were greatly disappointed. Last two cruises on RC were good. What happened? Is it this ship? This itinerary?

The repositioning itinerary provided a way to visit multiple ports without having to return to Vancouver. With two sea days, adding San Francisco as a stop would have improved the trip. Overall, an enjoyable cruise.

Great cruise. Enjoyed the ports. A great time of year to do this option. Ship was older ship, but nice.

Unfortunately, our cruise was cancelled. We were notified that there was a problem with the engine thrusters the morning that we were supposed to depart. They let us board and notified us late afternoon that the cruise had to be cancelled. They let us stay for two nights, turning it into a hotel. Free drinks and provided entertainment, excellent food and excellent customer service. They had people in guest services help arrange for transportation home and gave us a free cruise in the equal amount of the cancelled cruise. We also will be getting a full refund the cancelled cruise. Communication was excellent. Needless to say, many disappointed people, but Royal Caribbean did all that they could.

We enjoyed the ports and breathtaking views. It definitely is a trip of a lifetime. I will never go on RCCL again but I will definitely try again on Carnival.

So I thought things went pretty well until we hit a terrible storm with heavy seas the last night. Everyone got seasick including myself. Terrible banging noises during the night. I got no sleep. Disembarkation was two to three hours late and was very disorganized. Every man for himself as most passengers were missing flights, etc. I have cruised twice. Both experiences were horrendous. I will never cruise again nor would I suggest anyone else do likewise. I think some form of reimbursement might be a good idea. The staff was great.

We did the ship/ land tour. Our ship experience was good. Room location was perfect for us. Elevator waits were not long but took stairs when we only changed by a few floors. Food was good, being able to adjust sides and get extra when we wanted it in dining room worked great.

Wonderful experience. Clean ship, fabulous food, great crew, fun activities, relaxing views ... awesome time!

This cruise was a great taste of Alaska. Each port has great views and wonderful people. The staff onboard Radiance OTS were excellent and the ship was as expected for it's age. There were some rough waters but overall a great trip.

Enjoyed the cruise very much. I would highly recommend it to others and want to go back for another Alaskan cruise myself.
